Hatchery - Pink eggs doing fine! (January 2, 2009)
17 volunteers are involved with the egsitting this year! Thanks to you all for your incredible dedication!
Thanks to JF for building the hard gable ends for the fishways - these have helped immeasrably in keeping the fishway as dark as needed.
Thanks to Marcel for building the new stile for volunteers to get over the keeper screens - Comfort and safety have been provided!
The eggs are doing well and other than many snowfall events and volunteers having to clear snow almost every other day since well before Christmas life at the hatchery has been reletively uneventful.
Full hatch shoud occur any day now with fry ready for release by the end of March or early April.
